Common fixes first
- Extension not appearing on a lot page — it runs on bidspotter.co.uk, bidspotter.com and i-bidder.com only; click the toolbar icon to open it.
- Commission not auto-filled — some lots don't publish a commission rate. The guide in the extension's FAQ tab shows where to find it, and you can type it in yourself.
- Just installed or updated and something looks off — reload the auction page; if that fails, remove and re-add the extension at chrome://extensions.
- Amazon lookups not working — check you're signed in (Amazon tab) and that you have free lookups left this month; the meter is shown under the sign-in card.
Billing & subscriptions
Pro is billed by Stripe. Manage or cancel any time via the "Manage subscription" button on the extension's Amazon tab — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds and the 14-day right to cancel are covered in our Terms.
When you email, include
- What you were doing and what happened.
- The auction site and lot URL (if relevant).
- Your browser and extension version (chrome://extensions shows the version).
- A screenshot if you can.
